Founder
The Arctic is my home. I grew up in Murmansk and have worked in tourism for many years. I founded Visit Teriberka in 2022 to share the North in the way I believe it should be experienced. Today I look after our brand, marketing and promotion.
Tour coordinator
Daniil brings every part of a trip together. He organises logistics, checks quality and plans ahead to keep things running smoothly. You may also meet him on a tour, checking the details in person and helping the team handle the unexpected.
Day tour guide
Olga has explored the tundra since childhood and knows the Kola Peninsula inside out. She shares its stories, points out cloudberries and reindeer tracks, and sets a comfortable pace for the whole group. With her, you get to understand the Arctic as well as see it.
Technical director
Nikita works behind the scenes, looking after the systems that keep enquiries, contracts and contacts in order. A former programmer now working in tourism, he supports the team and helps resolve unusual situations.

Irina helps you choose a tour to suit your dates and budget. She explains what to pack, when to travel and what to expect, and answers your questions — including the ones you may not have thought to ask.

The language arrangements are listed on each programme. English-speaking accompaniment, venue staff and activity instruction are separate services, so check the programme details. The onboard Lenin icebreaker excursion is in Russian. We confirm the arrangements for your booking before payment.
