I, the User of https://visit-teriberka.com (hereinafter the Website), hereby, in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to Visit Teriberka Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1225100003534, INN 5190091852, hereinafter the Operator) carrying out automated and non-automated processing of my personal data entered in web forms on the Website and submitted through the Website.
1. Personal data to be processed
- surname, first name and patronymic (full name);
- phone number.
2. Purposes of personal data processing
- responding to the User’s enquiry submitted through Website forms;
- providing advice, booking tourism services and processing requests;
- communicating about services and excursions;
- performing agreements for tourism and related services;
- providing information about tours, promotions, events and company news;
- sending advertising and informational notifications and mailings by email, messengers and other communication channels;
- conducting statistical and marketing research to improve service quality.
3. Actions involving personal data
The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, clarify (update or amend), use, transfer (including entrusting processing to third parties supporting the Website and advertising systems), depersonalise, block and destroy personal data.
4. Transfer of data to third parties
Personal data may be transferred to third parties only for the performance of agreements and provision of services, in particular:
- the Operator’s partners: tour operators, transport companies and hotel companies;
- contractors supporting the Website, CRM systems, advertising services and email services.
5. Duration of consent and withdrawal procedure
Consent is valid from the time personal data is provided for 5 (five) years or until withdrawn by the User.
Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written request to info@visit-teriberka.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to continue providing some services that require personal data processing.
6. Rights of the personal data subject
I have been informed of my right to:
- request correction, blocking or destruction of my personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or excessive;
- opt out of advertising messages by notifying the Operator at info@visit-teriberka.com;
- receive information about the nature of the processing of my data.
