Your programme
South towards Kandalaksha
Start from Murmansk and travel towards the White Sea. Allow a longer excursion than the Kola Bay option; the exact schedule follows the venue and your session time.
Prepare at the venue
Meet the activity team, change into the required suit and learn how the session works. The operator confirms equipment fit and the conditions for entering the water.
Float on the White Sea
Take part in the session in the designated area and enjoy the coastal scenery from the water. The format follows local weather and the operator’s instructions.
Warm up and travel back
Allow time to change before the journey back to Murmansk. Meal stops and any refreshments are agreed as part of your itinerary.
Good to know
This programme has its own venue and transfer tariff. Confirm suit sizing, participation requirements, timing and meal arrangements. It is separate from the Drovyanoye session near Murmansk.
Language: English-speaking accompaniment; venue staff and activity instruction language confirmed separately.

Why is this a longer trip?
The activity takes place near Kandalaksha on the White Sea, rather than on Kola Bay beside Murmansk. The return road journey is a substantial part of the day.
